The Drafts tab is designed to help recruiting and hiring teams manage jobs that are currently in progress and have not yet been made public. This area is used for jobs under creation, review, or awaiting necessary approvals.
Key Information on Draft Job Cards
Each job in the Drafts tab is represented by a card that displays essential information for tracking and management:
- Job Title
- Job ID
- Location
- Open Positions (Number)
- Draft Status
- Last Updated Time (Timestamp of the most recent modification)
- Job Owner (The individual responsible for the job)
Submitting Jobs for Approval
If a job requires formal authorization before it can be published, a Request Approval button is present on the job card. Tapping this button initiates the submission for review, which is a key step in following established internal approval workflows before a job is posted live.
