Actively Hiring Tab
The Active Requisitions tab serves as the central command center for all your ongoing hiring efforts. This critical view presents a comprehensive list of every job opening that is currently live, open, and actively accepting candidate applications or undergoing the review process.
This centralized view is essential for effective pipeline management. Specifically, it allows you to:
- Manage Job Pipelines: Gain an immediate, holistic overview of where all your current requisitions stand. You can see the total volume of open roles and quickly navigate to the details of any specific job.
- Track Candidate Progress: The tab provides the framework for monitoring candidates as they move through the various stages of the hiring workflow—from application review and screening to interviews, offers, and final hire. This tracking ensures no candidate is forgotten and helps maintain a smooth, timely process.
- Identify Bottlenecks: By offering a high-level view of candidate flow and time-in-stage metrics, this tab is instrumental in pinpointing areas of inefficiency. You can quickly see which requisitions have stalled, which stages are causing the greatest delays (e.g., a high volume of candidates stuck in 'Hiring Manager Review'), and proactively address those roadblocks to accelerate the time-to-hire.
In essence, the Active Requisitions tab is the main operational interface for recruiters and hiring teams, providing the necessary tools to keep job searches active, candidates moving forward, and hiring goals on track.
