Overview
The End-to-End Hiring flow is a predefined AI Recruiter workflow designed to automate the hiring process from candidate sourcing through screening and final actions.
The Preview option allows you to explore the workflow structure and understand how candidates move through each stage of the hiring journey before the flow is activated.
The preview is intended to provide visibility into the workflow design and the sequence of automated steps that AI Recruiter performs.
Accessing the Preview
Navigate to Automation > AI Recruiter.
On the AI Recruiter landing page, locate the End-to-End Hiring card and click Preview.
The system displays a visual representation of the complete End-to-End Hiring workflow.
Understanding the Workflow Overview
The initial preview screen displays the high-level workflow structure.
The workflow is divided into three primary stages:
Candidate Sources
Candidates can enter the hiring process through one of the following sources:
Candidate Matching
Matches candidates to available jobs and passes qualified candidates into the screening process.
New Application
Processes candidates who have submitted a new application through the connected ATS and routes them into screening.
Screening
The Screening stage represents the candidate evaluation process.
During this stage, AI Recruiter engages candidates, gathers responses, evaluates qualifications, and determines whether candidates meet the defined criteria for the job.
Actions
The Actions stage contains the final workflow activities that occur after candidate evaluation.
These activities may include record updates, notifications, communications, and other automated actions that complete the hiring process.
Finish
The workflow concludes after all screening and action steps have been completed.
Viewing Candidate Matching Details
Within the workflow overview, the Candidate Matching source includes a Details option.
Selecting Details opens a preview of the Candidate Matching workflow.
The preview displays the sequence of steps used to identify and process matching candidates before they are handed off to the next stage.
The Candidate Matching preview includes:
- A workflow trigger
- Candidate Match processing
- Individual candidate processing logic
- Handoff to the next workflow stage
This view helps you understand how an AI Recruiter identifies potential candidates before screening begins.
Viewing the Screening Stage
Using the navigation controls at the top of the preview, you can move to the Screening stage.
The Screening preview shows the automated candidate evaluation process.
This stage includes activities such as:
- Receiving candidates from the previous workflow stage
- Candidate outreach and engagement
- Candidate evaluation
- Recording evaluation outcomes
- Passing results to the next stage
The preview provides a visual representation of how candidates are assessed before proceeding further in the hiring process.
Viewing the Actions Stage
Use the navigation controls to move to the Actions stage.
The Actions preview displays the final workflow activities that occur after candidate screening is complete.
Depending on the evaluation outcome, candidates may follow different paths through the workflow.
The preview illustrates how the workflow can branch into multiple paths and perform different actions before reaching completion.
This allows you to understand how AI Recruiter handles candidates based on their evaluation results.
Navigating Between Workflow Stages
The preview includes navigation controls that allow you to move between workflow stages.
You can review:
- Candidate Matching
- Screening
- Actions
Use the navigation arrows to move forward or backward through the workflow and explore each stage in greater detail.
Returning to the Workflow Overview
To return to the main End-to-End Hiring workflow view, select Back.
The overview screen provides a complete picture of the predefined hiring process and how candidates progress from sourcing through completion.
