Overview
The End to End Hiring sequence provides a predefined AI-powered hiring workflow that can source, screen, evaluate, and process candidates through multiple stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
Before activating the sequence, you must configure the audience sources that will feed candidates into the workflow and review the workflows associated with each module.
This article explains how to configure the audience lists for the Candidate Matching and New Application modules and access the underlying workflows for further customization.
Access the AI Flow
- Open the End to End Hiring sequence.
- Click the AI Flow tab.
The AI Flow page displays the sequence structure, including:
- Candidate Matching
- New Application
- Screening
- Actions
Modules that require configuration display a Setup Pending status.
Configure Candidate Matching
The Candidate Matching module determines which candidates will enter the workflow through candidate matching.
Add an Audience List
- In the Candidate Matching section, click Configure next to Add Lists.
The Audience Lists panel opens.
Choose a List Creation Method
The Audience Lists panel provides two options:
Link an Existing Dynamic List / ATS List - Use this option to associate an existing list with the workflow.
Create a Dynamic List from Scratch - Use this option to create a new audience list using rules and attributes.
Select the desired option and continue.
Configure Included Lists
Included Lists determine which records can enter the workflow.
- Click + Include lists.
- Select:
- Dynamic List, or
- ATS List.
A list selection window opens.
Select a List
The list selection page displays:
- List Name
- Focus Entity
- Members
To add a list:
- Locate the desired list.
- Click Select.
- Click Add Lists.
The selected list is added to the Included Lists section.
Configure Excluded Lists (Optional)
Excluded Lists prevent specific records from entering the workflow.
- Click + Exclude lists.
- Select:
- Dynamic List, or
- ATS List.
- Select the desired list.
- Click Add Lists.
The selected list is added to the Excluded Lists section.
Save the Configuration
After configuring the required lists:
- Review the Included Lists and Excluded Lists sections.
- Click Save.
The selected audience lists are associated with the Candidate Matching module.
Configure New Application
The New Application module processes candidates when a new application is received from the ATS.
Add an Audience List
- In the New Application section, click Configure next to Add Lists.
The Audience Lists panel opens.
Choose a List Creation Method
Select one of the following options:
- Link an existing dynamic list / ATS list
- Create a dynamic list from scratch
Proceed with the desired option.
Configure Included Lists
- Click + Include lists.
- Choose:
- Dynamic List, or
- ATS List.
- Select the required list.
- Click Add Lists.
Configure Excluded Lists (Optional)
- Click + Exclude lists.
- Select the desired list type.
- Select the list.
- Click Add Lists.
Save the Configuration
- Review the selected lists.
- Click Save.
The audience configuration is saved for the New Application module.
Verify Module Configuration
After a list is successfully configured:
- The configured list name appears beneath the module.
- The Add Lists option is replaced with the selected list.
- A Details link becomes available.
- The module status changes from Setup Pending to Ready to Activate.
For example, the module may display:
- Applications Lists (1)
indicating that one audience list has been configured.
Review and Edit Module Workflows
Once a module has been configured, you can access the workflow associated with that module.
Open the Workflow
- Hover each module and it displays Details.
- Click Details.
The workflow for the selected module opens.
Review the Workflow
The workflow page displays the automation configured for that module.
Use this view to:
- Review the workflow structure.
- Understand how records are processed.
- Verify the existing workflow logic.
Modify the Workflow
From the workflow canvas, you can make updates as needed, including:
- Editing existing workflow nodes.
- Adding new nodes.
- Updating workflow logic.
- Modifying workflow behavior based on your business requirements.
After completing your changes, save the workflow and return to the AI Flow page.
Activate the Sequence
After all required modules have been configured:
- Verify that each configured module displays Ready to Activate.
- Enable the required module toggles.
- Review the sequence configuration.
When all required setup steps are complete, the Activate End to End Hiring button becomes available.
Click Activate End to End Hiring to activate the sequence.
