We are introducing a new Messaging UI designed to provide a better experience and boost recruiter efficiency.
Navigate to the Sense Messaging in Sense dashboard. Below is the new look of Sense Messaging.
★ What’s New
Below are some changes to the functionalities of Sense messaging.
► Multi inbox Panel
This panel is now available on the left side of the messaging window.
[1]. You can also navigate to this panel by clicking the arrow icon.
[2]. You can click on the three dots in front of the name of the Inbox to view the details.
[3]. You can change the name of Inbox.
[4]. You can view the number of the inbox below the name of the Inbox.
[5]. You can make the current inbox your primary inbox by turning the toggle on.
[6]. You can view the owners of the inbox.
► Inbox Panel
[1]. You can view all the messages of the selected inbox from the Multi Inbox panel. Click any messaging thread to view all the inbox messages.
[2]. You can navigate to the Broadcasts, Settings, and Contact list by clicking the name of the Inbox.
[3]. You can create a new message by clicking the icon in front of the name of the Inbox.
[4]. You can insert templates in a new, easy way.
[5]. You can just send messages right away or schedule them for later.
[6]. You can bookmark the conversation by clicking on the bookmark icon.
[7]. Conversation owner details are available on the right top of each thread. You can also delete the conversation owner or add a new conversation owner.
[8]. You can view User details, Archive, Mark unread, or Block users by clicking the three dots on the top right corner.
[9]. Click User Details to view the details like Contact number, Contact ID, Email ID, and recent activity of the contact.
[10]. Now you can drag and drop to add attachments to your messages.
► Conversation panel
Here you can view all the conversations that happened in that inbox.
Click View Details to view the details of messages in the Conversation Context panel.
You can view the different types of messages in conversation context with improved avatars and descriptors highlighting the different types of messages like broadcasts, 1:1, automated messages, and candidate responses.
