This release introduces several navigation enhancements, UI improvements, and structural changes to improve your experience and streamline workflows.
Navigation Enhancements
Expand/Collapse Navigation
You now have control over whether the navigation menu remains expanded or collapsed. Previously, this state would change based on the page you visited. Now, your preference will persist, giving you greater control over your workspace.
Flyout Menu
When the menu is collapsed, hovering over an icon reveals a flyout menu with options for grouped items. For items that are not part of a group (e.g., Home, Analytics), clicking the icon will take you directly to that section.
Global Actions in the Header
A new Global Actions section has been added to the header. This ensures that key functionalities remain accessible regardless of the page you are on.
The following global actions are now available:
- Resume Parsing Queue Icon: This information is retrieved from your CRM.
- Sense AI: Direct access to AI-powered features.
- Notification Tray: Displays notifications linked to your CRM.
- Messaging: Quick access to messaging tools.

Logo Update
With collapsible navigation, logo visibility became inconsistent. To ensure a more seamless user experience and maintain a consistent brand identity, we’ve removed the option for customers to display custom logos within the product. However, your agency name will now appear at the bottom of the expanded navigation.
We understand branding matters. While your logo may no longer appear in-app, your brand will continue to shine where it counts—during candidate engagement.

Features are now grouped into three main categories:

Each category contains related features to improve navigation and usability.
Settings Menu Relocation
The Settings menu has moved to the bottom-left corner. Within this menu, you will now find:
- Sign Out
- Support
- Language Selection
If you are unable to locate settings in its previous location, please check the new menu placement.
Analytics and Timeline Updates
- Audit and Timeline are now part of Analytics, instead of being separate pages.
- This consolidation makes it easier to access related reporting and tracking features from a single location.
Scheduling (Formerly Meetings)
The Meetings section has been renamed to Scheduling for clarity and better alignment with its functionality.
Database Cleanup Relocation
Previously found under Settings, Database Cleanup now has its own dedicated page.
People Section Restructure
- People was previously accessed through a nested menu.
- Now, all People pages have been separated into individual pages, accessible directly from the left navigation menu.
- Each page has its own unique route for easier access.
Messaging Enhancements
We've reorganized the Messaging submenu and grouped all products with conversational features under the Conversations category, which is easily accessible from the new left-hand navigation.
Below are some of the other changes:
- The internal menu within Messaging has been removed.
- You can now navigate to different Messaging pages solely through the left navigation menu.
- Messaging Contacts: To avoid confusion with other contact pages, what was previously just Contacts under Messaging is now explicitly labeled Messaging Contacts.
Settings Renamed to Configuration
The Settings section has been renamed Configuration to better reflect its purpose.
