Accessing the Scheduling Feature
Users can initiate the scheduling process by looking for a bell icon displayed on the tabular data within the enabled dashboards.
For the Engagement and Deliverability dashboard, the scheduling feature is available at a drill-down level. This means customers can schedule a report specifically for a particular workflow or for the recipients associated with a node. Clicking the schedule icon opens a right panel dedicated to setting up the schedule.
Setting Up Scheduled Reports
Here are the steps for setting up scheduled reports:
- Navigate to a dashboard where report scheduling is enabled, such as Analytics > Workflows - Engagement & Deliverability, or Conversations > Messaging.
- Locate the bell icon associated with the tabular data you wish to schedule.
- Click the schedule icon to open the right panel, which is used for setting up the schedule.
Note: For the Engagement and Deliverability dashboard, you can drill down to schedule a report specifically for a particular workflow or for the recipients of a node.
Once the setup panel is open, you will define the schedule and recipient details:
- Review Reports and Filters: Confirm the data scope that is being scheduled (e.g., Workflows > Engagement and Deliverability > Data Table).
- Choose the delivery Frequency for the report: daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Select the Time the report must be scheduled.
- Select the Date Range of the data that will be included in the scheduled report (e.g., "Last 7 days").
- Enter a required Report Name, Send to (email IDs of the individuals who should receive the report), and specify an Email Subject for the delivery.
Note: Crucially, all designated recipients must already be users of Sense. If you attempt to schedule the report for someone who is not a Sense user, you must first add them as a user before listing them as a recipient.

Receiving Reports
