We have updated the user experience of the Broadcasts and Contacts features in the Sense web app and extension to make them easier to use, more flexible, and more reliable.

New Broadcasts Experience

We’ve made the following updates to the broadcast experience:

• A visual update to make the broadcasts feature slicker, more modern, and more consistent with the rest of our product.
• The ability to actually send broadcasts from the broadcasts page.
• A much simpler flow for sending broadcasts from uploaded CSVs.
• Ability to see your team’s broadcasts and filter by sender, phone, or time range.
• More complete funnel analytics around broadcasts.
• Improved stability and performance of broadcast analytics products.
• Get analytics updates without refreshing your page.

New Contacts Experience

We’ve made the following updates to the contact's experience:

• A visual update to make the contacts feature slicker, more modern, and more consistent with the rest of our product.
• Intuitive views for both All contacts and Recently messaged.
• Ability to have both private contacts and contacts shared with your team.
• Ability to have both private lists and lists shared with your team.
• Append to existing lists by uploading an additional CSV.
• Basic contact management features on mobile.
