Overview
The Talent Engagement and ROI dashboard provides a comprehensive view of key metrics, helping you understand the impact of your talent engagement efforts.
Dashboard
The dashboard provides a bird’s-eye view of all the data, such as Candidates Reached, Net New Candidates Sourced, Influenced Submissions, and Influenced Hires.
Candidates Reached: Count of unique candidates who received an email or SMS (engage or messaging) from Sense.
Net New Candidates Sourced: Count of unique candidates sourced by Referral, Sourcing Chatbot, and/or Pages.
Influenced Submissions: The total number of submissions for a job influenced by Sense.
Influenced Hires: The total number of hires for a job influenced by Sense.
Time filter
The time filter enables you to narrow down your data based on a specific time range. You can select from various time frames.
You can use the Custom Time option to choose specific dates from the calendar.
Export Report
To export a report, click the Export Report button and select the report you want to export. You can view and download the .csv file of the report from Configuration > Reports.

Key Features
Several new metrics and charts have been introduced to provide a deeper understanding of talent acquisition effectiveness. Metrics include time to hire, time to submit, full-time employee (FTE) hours saved, job board spends saved, and revenue and margin impact for staffing customers.
- Interactive Charts
- You will see two bar charts— Inbound and Outbound.
- Inbound: Metrics related to candidate information coming into the database.
- Outbound: Metrics related to how customers can reach out to candidates in their database.
- You will see two bar charts— Inbound and Outbound.
- Charts in the dashboard are interactive, allowing you to click into a chart and explore data more deeply.
- You can change the view to a monthly, weekly, and quarterly perspective, and the charts will update accordingly.
- Time Metrics
- Time to Hire: Displays the average time (days) between job creation and placement start date.
- Time to Submit: Displays the average days between job creation to client submission date (when a candidate is first submitted for that job).
These metrics reflect the product's impact on customer efficiency and are not representative of every placement or submission.
- Savings Metrics
- FTE Hours Saved: Indicates the number of hours saved.
- Job Board Spend Saved: This shows the amount of money saved on job board spending.
- Revenue Metrics
- Influenced Gross Revenue and Margin: Specific to staffing customers, indicating the revenue saved and margins made.
- If the value is in thousand, then K is used. For example, 10K hours
- If the value is in millions, then M is used. For example, 10M hours
- If the value is in billions, then B is used. For example, 10B hours
- Influenced Gross Revenue and Margin: Specific to staffing customers, indicating the revenue saved and margins made.
Configuration for Accurate Data Representation
It’s crucial to ensure that your current and completed placements are configured correctly to provide accurate and up-to-date metrics results on the dashboard.
- Go to Configuration > Performance.
- In the Link ATS Records to Sense Performance Page section, click Edit to edit rules for your preferred performance placement.
- Current Placements: These are valid placements used to track performance metrics like re-deployment. You should focus only on the contractors you want to track, usually by using a placement status. Make sure the rules include a placement field for accurate tracking.

Completed Placements: These are placements that have ended. Common ways to track these are by a placement status or end date. This audience must include a placement field in the rules.

Current Applications Or Submissions: These are all the submissions to your jobs. Common ways to track this is to use a status.

Gross Margin Per Placement: This is an average gross margin your staffing agency makes per placement.

Gross Revenue Per Placement: This is an average revenue your staffing agency makes per placement.

Job Board Spend Per Candidate: This is the amount you spend on job board per candidate sourced from there.
- Click Edit to edit rules. Ensure all placements (current and completed) are configured correctly.
