We’re introducing an important upgrade that changes the status of lists when mapped to resources. Previously, when a resource was mapped, the system immediately updated the List's state to In Use.
Now, the mapped resource needs to be activated for the List's status to change to In Use.

The status of the List will change to In Use only when at least one resource is activated.
In the image below, the list is published but hasn't been mapped to a resource yet.
After you map the list to an active Journey or Workflow, the status changes to In Use.
