Bulk Import for Tags
Now, you can import candidate tags in bulk from Settings > General Configuration > Import File. This feature is designed for ATS platforms like Salesforce and Greenhouse.
You must contact Sense SPOC to configure this feature for your account.
Enhanced Candidate Sorting in Job Stage
Now, if a candidate is associated with multiple jobs, you can see the details in chronological and structured order. This provides a quick overview of where candidates are in the hiring process, making it simpler to track each candidate’s progress.
For example, when a candidate is associated with multiple jobs, the job they were added to most recently will appear first, while the job they were initially added to will be shown last. This means the candidate's current or most active job is prioritized and displayed at the top, making it easier for you to quickly see their latest status and focus on the most relevant job application.
