Platform
Improved List Variable Picker with Client-Side Pagination
In the List Variable Picker, we've introduced client-side pagination within the variable picker panel to address issues encountered when selecting options from a large number of variables (e.g., 1000-2000). This enhancement aims to improve load times, which have been a concern in the past.
The pagination functionality aligns with the standard behavior defined in Genesis. For example, if you're browsing a page other than the first one and you perform a search or adjust the filter, the system will return you to the first page with the updated data. Additionally, any options you had previously selected will be displayed at the top as chips and will remain selected even if you navigate between pages.
Improved List Building: Key Enhancements
We've introduced the following significant changes to streamline the list building process:
-
Ready to Use and Draft statuses now show audience member counts.
- Audience count is displayed as zero for archived lists.
- Member preview feature removed for archived lists.
- Automatic member count update triggered by list activity.
-
Last Updated timestamp now reflects status changes (excluding Published to Live transitions).
These changes are designed to simplify your list building workflow, provide greater flexibility, and ensure accurate tracking of list status changes.
TRM
Onboarded Candidate Metrics funnel introduced
A new tab has been introduced on the Overview dashboard, providing insights into the status of onboarded candidates. The tab showcases counts for offers accepted, hired, and joined candidates, enabling quick assessment of recruitment progress.
By clicking "View All" you can access candidate profiles, start dates, and other data to improve monitoring and decision-making.
You must contact Sense TRM SPOC to enable it for your account.
Introduction of Employee Type Field
We've introduced a new Employee Type field, offering options for selecting either Salaried or Hourly status.
When creating a job, under Basic Information, you'll now find the Employee Type field available. By default, it's set to Salaried, offering convenience for most cases. However, you have the flexibility to switch it to Hourly, as per your preference. This field is now seamlessly integrated wherever employee-type information is required across the platform.
New AOP permissions added
Two new permissions, Add and Create AOP, were added to the AOP plan.
