Reviewer Feedback Mandate
In the Hiring plan, if a stage is mandatory and the round is Feedback and Interview, then feedback reviewer can now be made mandatory.
A new icon is added adjacent to the reviewer's name. This icon must be enabled to make a certain reviewer’s feedback mandatory. You can enable or disable this icon by clicking on it.
If a particular reviewer’s feedback is marked mandatory, the candidate will not move to the next stage until that reviewer provides feedback.
You will first have to enable the stage mandatory field from About > Hiring Plan > preferred stage.
An icon appears when adding a reviewer to an interview or feedback round.
Consolidated Feedback Table
Now, when you download feedback from a candidate, a new summary table containing feedback from all the rounds appears at the end of the report. This provides a comprehensive and organized overview for easier analysis and decision-making.
View Details button to view Internal Forms
A new View details button has been added to the Candidate page to allow you to view the Internal Forms. Previously, this was not shown on the Candidate page.
Chatbot Writeback Enhancements for Better Candidate Tracking
We’ve upgraded our chatbot writeback capabilities to offer you greater control and clarity in managing candidate applications through Sense chatbots!
Key Updates:
Dedicated Disposition Nodes for Source Information:
Three new disposition nodes simplify managing the source of a candidate record:
- sourcetype: Select from a pre-defined dropdown menu.
- sourcename: Specify the source (e.g., "Sense Chatbot").
- subsource: Dynamically set to the current flow name (e.g., "Instant Apply Bot").
Rejection Management via Writeback:
Now, you can reject candidates directly within the chatbot flow. Select any disposition node and use the writeback operation to specify the rejectReason field.
Milestone Progression through Writeback:
Similar to rejection, you can move candidates to specific milestones within the flow. Select a disposition node and write back the desired milestone name to the milestone field.
Important: To trigger a milestone writeback, at least one stage must be configured for that milestone.
Benefits:
Clearer Candidate Source Identification: Easily identify candidates who applied through the chatbot by using specific disposition nodes.
Simplified Rejection Handling: Streamline rejections within the chatbot flow with clear reason capture.
Efficient Milestone Progression: Automate moving candidates to specific stages for optimized tracking.
Offer Letter Expiry Configuration Summary
You can now set an expiration date for offer letters. The candidates must respond within a specified time frame, after which the offer will be invalidated automatically.
For example, if you send the offer on July 3rd and set the expiration date to July 8th, the offer letter becomes invalid on July 8th.

Careers Page Policy Enhanced
Previously, candidates could just check the policy agree box without opening the document and proceed.
Now, the Careers page shows a "Read and Agree" link. When clicked, the policy PDF opens, or you are redirected to the policy URL. You will then have to review the policy, check the box, and proceed to submit the application.
Job Form Field Management
You can now manage the visibility of fields created in job forms across various portals, including the agency, referral, and IJP portals. Navigate to Settings > Forms > Add field and click Yes under Visible in Internal Job Portal.

Chatbot
Introducing the Recruiter Assignment feature
The new Recruiter Assignment feature enhances our chatbot by automatically assigning a recruiter to a candidate.
When a candidate schedules a meeting with a recruiter through the chatbot, the system assigns that recruiter as the candidate’s owner. Additionally, recruiter information can be included in email notifications to the candidate.
For example:
A candidate visits our sourcing chatbot and schedules a meeting with a recruiter. Once the meeting is scheduled, the chatbot will assign the candidate to that recruiter, if it is configured in the flow. This recruiter now owns the candidate’s profile and can manage all subsequent interactions. Additionally, the candidate can receive email notifications with the recruiter’s information, ensuring they know who their point of contact is.
Introducing API bots feature
We are excited to announce the release of our new API Bots feature! This enhancement enables our customers to trigger chatbots via API, offering seamless integration with their existing systems.
For example, this can be used in the pre-screening of candidates. When a new application is received, the ATS can automatically trigger a prescreening chatbot via API. The chatbot interacts with the candidate to assess their qualifications, asking predefined questions to screen them for the role.
You can follow the steps below to configure the API Bots:
- Go to Flow Settings and click API bot.
- Toggle ON Enable API bot.
- In the Alais Name field, add the name for the flow.
- Select if you want to create a basic or advanced email.
- Click Done to save your changes.
Note: Same alias name must be used in the API request. No two flows can have the same alias name.
Revamped Chatflow UI for Inbound and Outbound Bot
We have released a newly designed UI for the Flow Settings of our inbound and outbound bots. The update features a streamlined side panel layout for quicker access and easier navigation, matching the application bot flow settings.
To access it, click on Flow Settings on the Conversation Designer page.
Introducing Meeting Node Branches
This enhancement introduces three distinct branches to the meeting node, thereby enhancing the chatbot's capability to effectively manage a variety of meeting scheduling scenarios. The branches are as follows:
- Meeting Scheduled: When a user successfully schedules a meeting.
- No Available Slots: When a user tries to schedule a meeting, but no calendar slots are available.
- Booking Error: When there’s a system error preventing the meeting from being scheduled.
Enhanced Rich Text Editor support
We've now expanded the support for rich text editor and hyperlinks to the following nodes.
- Question (was available earlier)
- Message (was available earlier)
- Job match
- File upload
- Meeting
- Live Chat
Introducing Advanced Emails feature
We are thrilled to announce the new Advanced Emails feature, which now supports the Bee Free editor for creating visually appealing and professional emails.
While currently available for API bots, it will soon extend to email notifications. This upgrade offers enhanced email creation beyond basic text emails.
To configure it, navigate to Flow Settings > API bots > Advanced email. Click Done to save and create more engaging email content using Bee Free editor.
Referrals
Archive payout option when the placement ends before the payout date
Now, if an employee contract or placement ends earlier than expected or before the scheduled payout date, the system will automatically archive the payout option. This helps in managing records and ensures that any pending payout options related to that placement are archived, preventing unnecessary processing or confusion.
New Layout Option for Job Widget
A new Compact layout option, for the job widget has been introduced when creating a website. You can now choose from the following layouts to best fit your design and usability preferences:
Standard Layout
- Filters: Displayed on the left side (e.g., location, job type, industry).
- Job Cards: Displayed on the right side, along with the job title and information.
Compact Layout

Payout Rules Configuration in Rule Builder Screen
Payout rules define the criteria and stages for payout eligibility. These are one-time settings and rules that allow organizations to manage and automate the payout process based on various conditions and variables.
Example for Payout
- Referral Employment Status: If a referral is employed on the 90th day and is still employed at that time, a payout bonus is triggered.
- Pre-90-Day Employment Termination: If a referral is no longer employed before reaching the 90-day mark, the payout conditions are archived.
