Candidate Stage and Status in Source Trails
Now, you can see the candidate's Stage Name and Status in the Source Trails. However, when the candidate is added to the Talent Pool, the stage and status will be blank.
In-App Notifications for Offer Approvals
When an offer approval is requested, the approver will now receive an in-app notification. This is, by default, active for all approvers.
Timezone Support in Interview Scheduler
The interview scheduler calendar now includes a preview that displays the time in the user's local time zone.
This feature simplifies the process of scheduling interviews across multiple time zones by providing a clear comparison.
For example, if you select 4:00 PM PST, the scheduler will display the equivalent time as 7:30 PM EST, ensuring seamless coordination.
Greenhouse ATS Integration Update
Our integration with Greenhouse ATS is now live, marking a big step in our journey to ensue integration with all major ATS for our CRM. Here’s what this means:
- Candidate Sync: Candidate data, including tags and notes, can now sync seamlessly from Greenhouse to CRM.
- Bulk Actions: Perform bulk actions like scheduling and messaging directly from our system.
- Manual Updates: Add new candidates in Greenhouse or upload candidates within CRM to push them to Greenhouse.
- Job Fields & Entities: Syncing locations and departments as part of the jobs integration.
- Resume Sync: Resumes are synced as attachments for all candidates.
This milestone lays the groundwork for further features as we refine and expand the integration.
Broadbean Integration for Global Job Posting
Sense integrates with Broadbean, enabling it to post jobs to popular job boards in the US and globally.
Upgraded SHL Integration
The SHL integration has been upgraded to the latest version, allowing users to seamlessly send assessment test requests to candidates directly from the CRM at any hiring stage.
Referrals
Custom Font Integration for Career Sites and Pages
You can now upload custom fonts that are not available in the default font library. These fonts are stored securely in the Brand Settings section, ready for you to use whenever you need them.

Chatbot
Configurable Delay for Auto-Maximizing Chatbot
You can now customize the delay time before the chatbot auto-opens. Previously, the chatbot auto-opened after 3 seconds for immediate engagement (this applies to existing bots).
Now, you can adjust the delay for tailored user experiences on both web and mobile. Below is how you can do it:
- Go to the bot flow.
- Click the pencil icon under Chatbot Settings.
- Adjust the delay under Auto-Maximize Chat Window.
Responsive Design for Website Widget Bots
Widget bots now adapt seamlessly to different devices and screen sizes. This enhances usability and accessibility by providing a polished look across all devices.

Write Back on Conversation Completion
A new agency configuration ensures data is written back only after a conversation is fully completed. Previously, the data fields were written back as they were collected during conversations.
Now, the new configuration write backs all fields in one go upon completion, ensuring consistency and avoiding partial updates.
Here’s how you can enable it:
- Go to the customer’s agency configs.
- Enable the chatbot_wb_after_conversation_complete configuration. Note that this feature is disabled by default.
These updates improve user experience, enhance engagement, and ensure better data accuracy.
