Chatbot
Email Reminders are now supported in Chatbot
We’ve added a new feature called Email Reminders for our outbound web conversations. This allows customers to send follow-up emails to candidates who received a chatbot message but didn’t respond or left the conversation.
When an email reminder is sent, it will be followed by the next step in the conversation flow. This allows candidates to continue from where they left off or start a new conversation if they hadn’t engaged before.
Note: Email reminders are designed for outbound web conversation flows only.
This feature complements our existing SMS reminder functionality for outbound bots.
Setting up email reminders is similar to configuring SMS reminders.
- Go to the reminders icon or Manage Reminders tab on the Flow Designer interface. Refer to the screenshot below.
- Select the “Email” option to enable reminders for never-started or abandoned conversations.
- You can choose to configure reminders for both scenarios.
- Configure Reminder Details:
- Customize the reminder interval, frequency, and message as needed.
This feature is available in beta and enabled for internal agencies. If you wish to enable it for any other customer, please reach out to the Chatbot SPOC.
Referrals
Bulk Upload Data in Referrals
The Bulk Upload feature allows you to efficiently upload large volumes of data, typically during system migrations. Data can be uploaded in CSV format, making it easy to transfer records such as candidate referrals, tracking data, and other relevant information.
Timesheet Sync
The Timesheet Synchronization feature allows you to manage and track candidate working hours and eligibility for referrals. This feature is particularly useful for ensuring that referrals and payouts are processed based on actual work completed.
Timesheet Automation with Mailbox
Now, you can send timesheets directly to the Sense Referrals mailbox via email. Just make sure the email is from a registered or verified user. The system automatically syncs the timesheets every hour, saving you the hassle of logging in and simplifying the process for both admins and users.
You must contact Sense SPOC to configure this feature for your account.
Location-based Filter
Now, you can filter jobs by location to refine your search. The location filter helps users narrow down job listings by location, significantly reducing search time and making it easier to find relevant opportunities.
Analytics on Careers Site
Now, you can track your user's activity and behavior on the Career Site or landing page by adding Google Analytics / Google Tags Manager directly to your pages.
Platform
Security Groups UI Enhancements
Previously, when a child group was created under a parent security group (non-corporate), the Include all candidates checkbox was enabled by default, and all the candidates from the parent group were automatically added to the child group.
Now, we have removed the Include all candidates checkbox. When creating a new security group, you must first define rules and save them to create the child group. The Save button is disabled by default until the rules are defined.
With this enhancement, the parent and child group(s) cannot have the same number of candidates. However, the child security groups can have a subset of candidates present in the parent group.
TRM
Integration with TestGorilla
We have introduced a new integration with TestGorilla, a platform for conducting assessments during the hiring process.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Test Gorilla > click Connect and enter your credentials. Once connected, you can create an assessment round in the Hiring plan, choose the specific TestGorilla test you want to assign, and send the test to the candidate.
When the test is sent, the candidate will receive an email with the details.
During the assessment process, you will see the following status updates:
- Invited: The assessment has been sent to the candidate.
- Started: The candidate has begun but not completed the assessment.
- Completed: The candidate has finished the assessment.
After completion, the scores will be displayed on the UI within an hour, and you can download the results as a PDF.
You need not handle this manually; once configured, the TestGorilla assessment flow is automatic within the platform.
You can refer to this guide on how to create a hiring plan and add stages.
Bulk Interview Scheduling
We’ve introduced a Bulk Actions button that allows you to schedule interviews for multiple candidates (e.g., 20-30 candidates) who are in the same interview stage at once.
You can follow the steps given below to schedule interviews in bulk:
- Navigate to Jobs > select a job > Candidates.
- Click on the Bulk Action button.
- A checkbox will appear next to each candidate’s name, or you can use the Select All option to select all candidates at once. The Bulk Actions button will change to Take Actions.
- Click on Take Actions, select Schedule Interview, and follow the steps.
If you select 14 candidates, only the first 10 names will appear in the "To" field, with the rest displayed as +4 more.
Points to Remember:
- If the selected candidates are at different stages of the hiring process, the system will prompt you to choose the appropriate stage for interview scheduling.
- If any candidates have invalid email addresses or phone numbers, the system will notify you which candidates’ interviews couldn’t be scheduled. You can update the details and schedule again.
Availability:
This feature is only accessible if Sense Scheduling is enabled for your account. If it's not, please contact your TRM SPOC to enable this functionality.
Offer Letter Tracking
Two new columns- Recruiter and Offer Creator, have been added to the Candidate's offer statement.
The Recruiter column displays the name of the recruiter handling the candidate, and the Offer Creator column shows the name of the person who generated the offer letter.
Key Points to Note:
- When an offer is created but not yet generated, the Offer Letter Status column displays Offer to be generated.
- If an offer expires, the creator field becomes blank.
- When an offer letter is updated by a different user, the name in the creator field changes accordingly.
Email Template Search & Organization
A new search function is added wherever email templates are used. This function allows users to quickly find email templates arranged in alphabetical order.
Separate Agency and Referral Templates
Previously, the referral and agency acknowledgment templates on the Email Automation page were combined. We’ve now separated them for better clarity and easy usage.
This appears on the Email Automation page as a separate template.
Candidate Stage History Tracking in UI
The UI now shows both the current stage and the backtrack history of the candidate’s stages, allowing recruiters to see the candidate's previous stages.
This gives recruiters a better overview of the candidate's progression in the hiring process.

Job Description Keyword Extraction (AI Feature)
Now, when creating or editing a job, AI automatically extracts relevant keywords and skills from the job description. These extracted skills are displayed on the Job Details > Skills extracted from the Job Description, in a read-only format.
