Enhanced Candidate Rejection Workflow
Previously, when a candidate was unrejected, there was no option to add them back to the Hired stage. They were placed in the Offered stage and then manually moved to the Hired stage.
With this update, we have added the Hire stage option, which directly places them in the Hired stage, eliminating redundant steps and ensuring a smoother, more efficient workflow.
Unreject Candidates in Bulk
You can now Unreject multiple candidates at once, streamlining your processes and saving time.
Follow these steps to Unreject candidates in bulk:
- Navigate to Jobs > select a job > Candidates > Rejected.
- Click on the Bulk Action button.
- A checkbox will appear next to each candidate’s name, or you can use the Select All option to select all candidates at once. The Bulk Actions button will change to Take Actions.
- Click on Take Actions and select Unreject.
Bulk Import for Preferred Location
Now, you can import candidate's preferred location in bulk from Settings > General Configuration > Import File.
