The list count now updates automatically every 24 hours and also when a list is clicked.

We have introduced bulk and database cleanup for lead-focused journeys, enabling attribute updates and writeback capabilities. This ensures accurate and up-to-date lead data across the system.

Interview entity updates upon rescheduling and cancellation
Previously, the entities for every new interview scheduled were created in Smart Recruiters, which would not be updated upon rescheduling or cancellation. This led to data inconsistencies between the ATS and the host calendar.
The new update now ensures synchronization between the ATS and the calendar—meaning that upon canceling or rescheduling interviews/meetings using Sense-provided links or directly from the calendar, the ATS automatically updates itself.
Calendar connection/disconnection notification
Customers can now be notified whenever a user connects or disconnects their calendar account with Sense Scheduling. The notifications include the user ID, the status (connected or disconnected), and the time of the connection or disconnection, ensuring timely and accurate updates. Customers can use the updates to keep a record of connected accounts on their side.
Streamlined Interview Scheduling with Real-Time API
With the newly released API, customers can now check interviewers’ availability in real-time before starting interview scheduling.
The API allows the customer to provide the following, to receive the number of available slots in return:
- user ID
- duration
- future limit
- minimum booking notice
- buffer time (before and after)
- work hours, and
- extended availability
If the interviewer’s calendar is disconnected, an error message will be returned, ensuring accurate scheduling and minimizing conflicts.

The new Save Rows feature allows users to save a row along with its data and components, enabling easy replication across different pages.

- Replicate Row: The saved row can be replicated on different pages.
- Collaboration: Saved rows are available to other users in the organization.
- Customization: Users can customize the adopted saved row by adding more content without affecting the original saved row.
