How are Touchpoints delivered?
At the top of the Touchpoint Content page, there are various delivery fields used to personalize what a consultant will visually receive. Delivery fields can use dynamic variables and will attempt to autocomplete names or dates from existing records.
For Email Method:
- Touchpoint Title: Name of this touchpoint
- Content Type: Check the article User Content Subscription.
- Sender Name: Name of Sender
Protip: use a variable to select someone who the user is familiar with to get a higher response rate
- Sender Email: Email of Sender
Protip: use a variable to select someone who the user is familiar with to get a higher response rate - Email Subject: the subject line of the outbound email
- Send To: recipient email
If there are multiple email options available, select the correct address from the list
Template: formatting appearance of the outbound email - CC: any additional individuals to receive the email via CC
- BCC: any additional individuals to receive the email via BCC
- Template: You can set a template in which the mail has to be delivered.
- Add Attachment: ability to attach majority of commonly used file types
Advanced options:
You can set Alert emails for some conditions.
Important:
The Sender Email, CC, and BCC fields must all be different emails
For SMS Method:
- Touchpoint Title: Name of this touchpoint
- Category: Subscription Category type. Refer article User Content Subscription (SMS)
- Sender: Name of Sender
Protip: use a variable to select someone who the user is familiar with to get a higher response rate
- Send To: recipient’s phone number
If there are multiple phone number options available, select the correct field from the list - Alert Emails: receives responses by setting Alert emails for some conditions.
