Channel Engagement for NPS
The Channel Engagement section provides a detailed view of how recipients interact with survey messages across different communication channels.
This insight is available for both Candidate NPS and Client NPS. The functionality remains the same, with the only difference being the recipient type—candidates or clients.
Chatbot
WhatsApp Integration for Chatbot
You can now use WhatsApp as a communication channel for your Chatbot, alongside SMS and Email. This integration allows you to reach candidates and clients directly on WhatsApp, one of the most widely used messaging platforms worldwide.
Messaging
Help Message Append
A new configuration is now available to improve how opt-out help language is delivered in messaging threads.
Previously, agencies could configure an opt-out help message to be sent as the first message in a thread. This was beneficial for 10DLC brand scoring, since carriers require this language to appear in the initial message. However, it was delivered as a separate message before recruiter outreach.
With this update, you can now append the required help language directly to the recruiter’s first message, creating a more streamlined recipient experience while still meeting carrier compliance requirements.

Scheduling
Multi-Event Conflict Prevention
You can now define rules to prevent scheduling conflicts when booking events using multi-event templates in Scheduling.
Available rules include:
- Event Title: Block scheduling over events containing specific keywords.
- Specific Dates: Prevent meetings from being booked on designated dates.
- Events Not Booked by Sense: Avoid overlaps with events created outside of Sense.
This enhancement ensures cleaner calendars and smoother coordination when using multi-event templates.
WhatsApp Notifications in Meeting Templates
Meeting notifications can now be sent via WhatsApp, in addition to SMS and Email.
Why this matters:
In regions such as EMEA and LATAM, WhatsApp is a primary communication channel. Delivering confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations through WhatsApp helps improve attendee engagement and reduce no-shows.
How it works:
- Navigate to Template → Notifications.
- Create or edit a template.
- Under Send reminders via, select WhatsApp.
- Choose from Meta-approved WhatsApp message templates (required for use).
- Save your changes — attendees will now receive notifications on WhatsApp.
Additional details:
- Templates must be created in Lowcoder (via “Templates for WhatsApp” or Lowcoder 2 for tagging).
- Templates can be multilingual, but each version requires Meta approval.
- WhatsApp notifications are currently sent only to attendees, not to hosts or interviewers.
-
Supported notification types: confirmation, reminder, cancellation, reschedule, post-event, and request reschedule.
This feature is controlled by the release flag Enable WhatsApp Notifications.
Update on Rescheduling and Cancellation Behavior
Meeting management is now more flexible. In addition to hosts, all participants — including required and optional interviewers — can cancel or reschedule meetings. This reduces scheduling bottlenecks and improves coordination.
Manager Dashboard Access to Peers in the Same Security Group
Config Key: scheduler_product_manager_dashboard_allow_same_sg_users_access
When enabled, managers with access to the Manager’s Dashboard can now view and act on scheduling activity from:
- Peers in the same security group
- Child groups
Previously, the dashboard only displayed activity from child groups. This update provides managers with broader visibility and enables more comprehensive oversight of scheduling activities.
Organizational Template Management
We’re introducing Organizational Templates, a new capability that allows admins to standardize scheduling practices across the organization.
What’s new:
- Admins can now create 1:1 templates under Scheduler Settings → Manage Templates.
- Templates can be assigned to individuals, security groups, or the entire organization.
- Assigned templates cannot be directly edited by end users, but they can be cloned and customized.
- Automatic email notifications are sent when templates are assigned or removed.
- Admins can add or remove access at any time.
- Users can find assigned templates under Templates → Assigned Templates and share booking links.
- Update Logs are now available, providing a complete history of changes for each template to simplify troubleshooting and track updates.
Organizational Templates enable consistency, reduce setup time, and minimize the need for large-scale training on template creation. Admins can begin using this feature under Config → Scheduler Settings → Manage Templates.
