Candidate Source Performance Dashboard

We’ve introduced the Candidate Source Performance dashboard to help you gain deeper insights into the effectiveness of your candidate sourcing channels.

What you can do:

• Analyze the performance of different candidate sources and subsources.
• Evaluate sourcing channels using key recruitment metrics like application volume, conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
• Identify which sources are driving the most qualified candidates.

Messaging

Improved Message Suppression for Broadcasts

Previously, suppression checks for Broadcasts were applied at the time of scheduling. This allowed users to exclude numbers that had recently received other broadcasts. However, because the check was done during scheduling, it was still possible for multiple broadcasts to be delivered within a short timeframe.

Now, suppression is applied at the time of sending, ensuring more accurate control and preventing excessive messages from reaching the same recipient. This change improves the effectiveness of suppression without requiring additional action from the user.

Agents can still override suppression settings when necessary, using the available controls in the interface.

TRM

Add Candidates Without a Resume

You can now add candidates to Sense TRM without needing a resume—ideal for scenarios like campus drives, walk-ins, or hiring events where candidate details are minimal upfront.

Key capabilities:

• Add candidates using just:
  • Name
  • Email (mandatory) or Phone number
  • Source or Job applied for
• Complete the profile later as more information becomes available.

You can now download candidate and internal forms and any attached files in one go.

How it works:

• The system generates a ZIP file containing:
  • A CSV file with all text fields from the form.
  • Any attachments included in the form as separate files.
