We’ve introduced the Candidate Source Performance dashboard to help you gain deeper insights into the effectiveness of your candidate sourcing channels.
What you can do:

Analyze the performance of different candidate sources and subsources.

Evaluate sourcing channels using key recruitment metrics like application volume, conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.

Identify which sources are driving the most qualified candidates.
TRM
Add Candidates Without a Resume
You can now add candidates to Sense TRM without needing a resume—ideal for scenarios like campus drives, walk-ins, or hiring events where candidate details are minimal upfront.
Key capabilities:

You can now download candidate and internal forms and any attached files in one go.
How it works:
