Unified Conversation ID for Multi-Channel API Chatbots
Previously, triggering an API chatbot across multiple channels created separate conversation IDs, causing fragmented interactions. Now, all interactions from a candidate—triggered by the same event—are unified under a single conversation ID, ensuring consistent chatbot state across channels.
Dynamic Chat Data Link
The Dynamic Chat Data Link feature enables seamless data transfer by generating dynamic links that carry conversation data. This allows you to pre-fill website forms and enhance user experience—eliminating the need for manual data entry.

Introducing Sense Calendars
The Sense Calendars is an in-platform scheduling system that eliminates the need for Google or Office 365 integration. You can schedule, manage, and update events directly within Sense, without external dependencies or permissions.
TRM
Introducing Internal Form Filling from UI
Previously, internal forms required sending email requests, which caused delays—especially when recruiters needed to fill them out themselves.
Now, a Fill Form button is available directly in the TRM UI. Clicking it opens a pop-up where users can complete and submit the form without leaving the platform.

Enhanced Email Logging in TRM Activity Log
The TRM system will capture emails sent from the system and display them in the UI on the TRM side. The new functionality will capture and show everything related to that email, including the full body.
Examples of system emails that will start showing in the activity log include:
- System email sent for application acknowledgement.
- Candidate form round email triggers.
- Offer rollout emails.
Handling of Links and Attachments
To ensure compliance, emails captured in the activity log will have no attachments.
Additionally, all links within the emails will be masked, particularly for offer rollout emails. Accessing these masked links does not require a password; the text "link" simply replaces the actual URL. However, the body of the email will be visible.
This enhanced logging provides better visibility into the email communications supporting the current form process.
