Analytics
Post Application Agent Dashboards
New dashboards allow voice screening customers to track ROI for post-application screening use cases.
Path: Analytics > Voice > Post Application Agent.
Scheduling Analytics Reports
Users can now schedule specific reports for themselves or other internal Sense users.
- Frequency: Delivery options include daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Scope: Available for Workflows (Engagement & Deliverability), Messaging, and Talent Engagement ROI.
- Enablement: This feature is controlled by the analytics_schedule_report_view_enabled release flag.
AI Recruiter
Managing Active Jobs, Candidates, and Recruiter-led Outreach
We’ve added new Active Jobs and Active Candidates pages to improve visibility and candidate matching in AI Recruiter.
Active Jobs
View active job postings based on onboarding rules (available on web and Chrome Extension).
Recruiters see their owned jobs by default; admins can view job logic.
Open a job to view up to 100 matching candidates and perform 1:1 or bulk outreach via available channels (Text, WhatsApp).
Job rules cannot be edited directly and require Support or CSM assistance.
Active Candidates
Admins can view the active candidate pool used for matching.
View and modify candidate list logic after onboarding.
Candidate pool updates automatically (processing may take some time).
Chatbot
Multilingual Support in Sense LLM Chatbots
Sense has introduced multilingual candidate conversations to enhance global scalability. It includes automatic language detection for web users, transcripts displayed in the candidate’s chosen language, and multilingual FAQ localization.
Supported Languages: The system currently supports the following languages:
- English (United States)
- Español latinoamericano
- Español
- Italiano
- Français canadien (fr-CA)
- Français (fr-FR)
- Deutsch (de-DE)
- Magyar (hu-HU)
- 日本語 (ja-JP)
- Nederlands (nl-NL)
- Português (pt-PT)
- Svenska (sv-SE)
Scheduling
Webex Integration with Sense Scheduling
Sense Scheduler now includes Webex as a conferencing option for virtual interviews.
When Webex is selected as the location, meeting links are automatically generated and shared with participants in both templates and direct scheduling flows.
Integration: Requires a Webex user with Full Admin access to approve necessary meeting permissions.
File Uploads in Direct Scheduling
Recruiters can now attach relevant documents during the direct scheduling process.
- Capacity: Users can upload up to 15 files per meeting, with a maximum file size of 100 MB.
- Supported Formats: Includes pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, jpg, png, and jpeg.
- Visibility: Attachments are accessible via the recruiter's Events Tab, confirmation emails, and calendar invite links.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Reasons
New configurable reasons have been added to improve clarity and data insights for meeting changes.
Admins can configure preset reasons separately for recruiters (hosts) and candidates (attendees). A reason must be selected when cancelling or rescheduling; if no preset matches, they may provide a custom context.
Privacy Control: Recruiters can choose to hide their cancellation reasons from candidates via the scheduler_product_hide_host_cancel_reason_to_candidate configuration.
