Persisted Filters
Filters now persist as you drill down or switch dashboards. Active filters override saved ones and stay applied at every level, reducing repetition and streamlining your workflow.
New “Sent From” Filter
A new Sent From filter has been added across all dashboard tabs. This allows users to filter data based on the sender, such as specific recruiters or automated systems. It provides an extra layer of flexibility when analyzing survey performance.
Enhanced Node Activity Support for For Each Nodes
The Node Activity view in Workflows → Node Activity now supports analytics for nodes that appear after a For Each node. You can track detailed data on paths, delays, and split nodes following a For Each execution, giving you better visibility into workflow performance.
In addition, both data insights and export options are available, making it easier to analyze and share results.
Save Dashboard Functionality
You can now save dashboards with your preferred filters and layout. Mark a version as default to auto-apply the same view every time—ideal for teams reviewing data in a consistent context.
SMS Replies Column Added
To improve visibility into candidate interactions, a new SMS Replies column has been added to the Engagement and Deliverability dashboard. Each entry includes a View button to see the candidate’s reply to the most recent system-sent SMS—without leaving the dashboard. Only the latest response is shown, not the full conversation thread.

Introducing Talent Pools in Sense CRM
Talent Pools enable you to organize candidates into structured groups—dynamic (rule-based) or static (manually curated)—based on job roles, skills, locations, and more.
Key features include auto-updating rules, folder-level organization, and bulk actions such as messaging, tagging, or assigning candidates to jobs.
Talent Pools are fully integrated with workflows and can be accessed from the People tab and individual candidate profiles, allowing for efficient and targeted engagement.
