Sense Engage
1. Optimization in Audience Filter

What’s New
Deployed an optimization in Entity Update Processor to speed up the “Audience” filter & reduce the data sync time from ATS.
For example, if a new candidate is added/deleted to the ATS, this EUP optimization will speed up the sync of the candidate name & other data to the “Audience” filter.

2. Update in NPS Survey Questions (Journey)

What’s New
Added an "Error Notification" to help you understand that an NPS Survey cannot have more than one survey question.
For Example: If you try to add more than one NPS survey question in a survey, an appropriate “error notification” will show up (Pictured below):

3. Email Drag & Drop Editor
Released Date: February 03, 2022
What’s New
Fixed a bug and improved the functionality of “Email Drag & Drop Editor” so that you can easily edit the content subscription reason via the basic tab.
Also, updated the footer of the “Email Builder” tab to show below mentioned variables:

4. Job Match URL Improvement for Sense Discover
Released Date: February 28, 2022
What’s New
Added a feature, where if the job link is “missing” or “invalid” in case of dynamic field <matched_job/title_with_link> then, the candidate will receive an email with the “matched job title” instead of the URL.
Now, candidates can take advantage of job matches and reply back to the recruiter with the Job context even if the Job URL is not available.

5. 10DLC Enhancement
Released Date: February 28, 2022
What’s New
- Deployed an optimization to “SMS touchpoints” to block SMS sent from Sense Engage where the sender number is not registered under 10dlc. The system will show up an appropriate error stating “Unregistered Sender number. Cannot send SMS”.

2. Added an “entry reason” for blocked SMS touchpoints to show up with a skipped reason as “Unregistered Number” under Analytics > Delivery History > Skipped.

Sense AI Chatbot
Data Review for Sense AI Chatbot

What’s New
Added a new “Review Data” feature to Sense AI Chatbot. Now you can review the details of the individual records in a side panel and edit the records if needed.

Sense Meetings
Meeting Analytics V2

What’s New
Released a new version of "Sense Meetings Analytics" to showcase the overall adoption of the Sense Meeting product.
Sense Meeting Analytics gives you more insights on team usage, individual usage and enhanced reporting with real-time visibility into connected calendars & scheduled meetings in one place.
