Sense Engage 

1.  Journey Playbooks for all ATSs

What’s New

Released the “Journey Playbooks” feature for all Application Tracking Systems (ATSs). Previously the Journey Playbook feature was only available for Bullhorn ATS type.

The Journey Playbooks feature is now available for all types of ATSs, such as AvionteBold, eRecruit, JobDiva, LaborEdge and more.

Here are a few examples of Journey Playbooks:

• ATS Type: Talent Rover

These Journey Playbooks are configured according to Bullhorn entities. Hence, the system will show an appropriate warning statement to replace some variables according to other ATS types.

 Sense AI Chatbot 

1.  Wildcard URLs

What’s New

Released Wildcard URL feature to help you show the same chatbot on all of your desired website pages.

You can add wildcard character (*) to your website URL and can make the bot appear on multiple pages that match your URL.

For Example: If you want to show the same chatbot on all your website pages (www.sensehq.com/), then you can simply add your domain URL with a wildcard character (*) - (www.sensehq.com/*) on the chatbot edit page (as shown below). As a result, the same chatbot will be visible on all the website pages, such as www.sensehq.com/careers, www.sensehq.com/aboutus, etc.

2.  Disposition Node Enhancements

What’s New

Added an enhancement to the DISPOSITION NODE to support node value concatenation.

Problem: Earlier, the Bullhorn customers were facing the writeback issue on the candidate list page. For example; If you ask for the “first name” and “last name” in the flow, the ATS was having trouble filling “full name” on the candidate list page in Bullhorn. Same way, If you ask for” Full Name”, then the “First Name” and “Last Name” won’t be available on the candidate details page in Bullhorn. This made it difficult to navigate and view the complete candidate profile in Bullhorn.

What’s New: Added an enhancement to the DISPOSITION NODE to support node value concatenation. This enhancement helps you to concatenate multiple node values. So, you can ask for “First Name” and “Last Name” and concatenate them in the way you want to write it back into the “Full Name” field.

Here is an example of how you can use Disposition Node to writeback a candidate's full name to your ATS:

Sense Messaging 

1.  Text Templates

What’s New

Released Sense Messaging “Text Templates” feature to improve your Sense Messaging experience with a vision of sharing standard and quality content templates to ease your communication and save more time.

The “Text Templates” feature allows you to organize your messaging templates into different categories and create new templates or customize the existing ones according to your needs.

What’s covered in Text Templates:

• Ability to create new templates or customize the existing templates.
• Showcases the delivery rate, reply rate and opt-out rate.
• Includes the ready-to-use standardized templates.
• Intuitive “Keyword” search experience.
• Ability to export/download the templates list.

2.  Multi File Upload

• Added a “drag and drop files” functionality to simplify your communication. 
• You can now send up to five images or supported files in a single message.
• Improved the quality of Image and document previews.

3.  Carrier Filter Warning

What’s New

Added a Carrier Filter Warning statement to help you understand when the messages are not delivered due to a Carrier Filtering issue. The system will show an appropriate warning statement for undelivered messages in case of carrier filtering.
