Sense Engage
1. Journey Creation Wizard
Released Date: September 28, 2022
What’s New
Released a new Journey Creation wizard to help you create your Journeys faster and easier.
The new Journey Creation wizard feature is designed to enhance your journey creation process with the Target audience and Lifecycle stage fields to ensure you engage with the people you want to be engaging with.
- Target Audience: Shows the type of audience you want to target. For example, candidates, internal employees, leads, and candidate references.
- Lifecycle Stage fields: Show the lifecycle stage of the targeted audience. For example, interviews, looking for work, applying/applied for work, etc.
Based on your “Target Audience” and “Lifecycle Stage,” the system will automatically suggest the Matching Playbooks and Matching Journeys to help you quickly get started with your Journeys.

2. Audience Builder 2.0: Lists

What’s New
Released ‘Lists’ - a new paradigm towards building an audience for your automation.
Now, building an audience for a journey is easier than ever - by either using ‘picking one from existing lists ’ or ‘building lists from scratch using the simple rules available.
You can create your audience from the “Journey Section” (while creating a new Journey), OR you can manage your audience list from the “People > Lists” Tab.

3. Journey Branding
Released Date: September 15, 2022
What’s New
Added an ability to set a Branding for the created Journeys. Now you can set the branding for a Journey from the list of the Brands available in your ‘Settings’. This feature adds the capability to create the ‘Brands’ once and then re-use it across multiple Journey without having to build custom branding for each Journey.
For setting a specific branding for a Journey, navigate to ‘Journey Settings’ in your newly created Journey to view all your Brands and pick the appropriate one as per your need.

4. Update in Address Zip Code
Released Date: September 07, 2022
What’s Fixed
Updated all the 3 and 4-digit zip codes to 5-digit zip codes to make sure all 3 and 4-digit zipcodes are searchable using 0 and 00.
For example: Zip code 01810 can only be searched using exact 5-digit numbers such as “01810”. The system will not search for the “1810” zip code.

Sense AI Chatbot
1. Smart FAQs
Released Date: September 19, 2022
What’s New
Released “Smart FAQs” feature to answer candidates’ Frequently Asked Questions. The feature is designed to answer a global library of questions about the company, benefits, jobs, interviews etc.
Smart FAQs allow you to select your Top 3 questions from the global library of questions and provide the ability to configure it at a flow level.
Key Benefits of the Smart FAQs:
- Provides access to the global library of questions for FAQs.
- Ability to configure the Top 3 questions at the flow level.
- Flexibility to show/hide the FAQ button for specific flows.

2. Chatbot Enhancements

What’s New
Added below enhancements to the Sourcing Chatbot for better usability.
[1] Released an enhancement to the Sourcing Chatbot to help you customize the position of your Chatbot on either the Left or Right side of your web page. You can add “?side=left” or “? side=right’ parameters to your ‘chatbot code snippet’ to customize the placement of the chatbot.

[2] Released "White Label" agency configuration option to help you remove the sense branding from the sourcing chatbot. You can now create a white-labeled experience for your users.

Sense Messaging
1. Message Quality Suggestions
Released Date: September 28, 2022
What’s New
Added a ‘Message Quality Suggestions’ feature in Sense Messaging to help you navigate potential carrier filtering and deliverability threats.
This feature provides suggestions on “excessive character Limit (about 140 characters), money-related emojis, excessive use of punctuation, and excessive capital formatting of characters”.
It also gives you the ability to either resolve the suggestion or cancel it to move ahead with the message.

2. Messaging Analytics

What’s New
Enhanced the Sense Messaging Analytics to help you understand each recruiter’s activity and productivity metrics.
The new Messaging Metrics help you identify top and bottom performers and analyze their activity volume on several metrics like total messages sent, received, candidates reached, average response time, etc.
