1. Content Subscription Improvement (SMS)
Released Date: May 17, 2022
What’s New
[A] User Content Subscription (SMS) Improvement:
Performed an enhancement to the “User Content Subscription (SMS)’ to add a new “Fallback Number” feature for all SMS Categories.
If the sender number is not in the category, the selected “Fallback Number” will be used to send messages on the owner's behalf.
Example: A “Marketing SMS” category has ten numbers, and an SMS touchpoint belongs to a category with 1000 audience members in it. The sender number for the touchpoint is the owner number. For the 1000 audience members, there are five distinct owners. Out of 5 Numbers, only four are present in the category. In this case, the default fallback number will be used to send the touchpoint.
[1] You can select the fallback number only if Associated Phone Numbers are added/imported to the category.
NOTE: The “Fallback Number” is either the ‘Agency Number’ or the ‘Agency Variable Number’.
For Example:
[2] Once the fallback number is selected, you can not change it to another category.
[B] SMS Touchpoints Improvement:
Added a warning statement for the SMS touchpoints to help you remind whether the category “Fallback Number” is selected or not.
[1] If the category “Fallback Number” is not selected, the system will show a warning stating: “The category does not have a default fallback number assigned to it. Please assign a fallback number as a backup to send SMS for this category.”
[2] If the category “Fallback Number” is selected, the system will show a warning stating: “Category Fallback Number will be selected as the sender number, in case the sender number selected is not part of the chosen category.”

2. Smart Tags for Email Drag & Drop Editor

What’s New
Released a “Smart Tag” feature to provide you a better way of personalizing your content with the Email Drag and Drop Editor.
Benefits of Smart Tags:
- Better user experience.
- Shows real names instead of raw syntax. For example, “Customer Name” instead of “{%customer.name%}”.
- Ability to select, replace, and style merge tags with just one click.
- Quickly identifies and merges tags through a specific highlighting.
- Ability to show sample content for each merge tag, both during editing and preview.

3. Spambot Prevention in Survey Response
Released Date: May 23, 2022
What’s New
Released a new approach for collecting the user response for survey emails to prevent false data collection due to spambot clicks.
Whenever you click on the survey answer in an email, the system will now take you to the new page with the selected value. This allows you to submit the response from the newly opened page.

4. Analytics Enhancements

What’s New
Added an enhancement to the Delivery History Dashboard to help you filter your events better. Previously, if you selected delivery status as “Bounced”, the dashboard displayed the events related to both “Bounced” and “Delivered” status.
With this enhancement, the Delivery History Dashboard will only display the events as per the selected filter.

Sense AI Chatbot
1. Text to Apply Enhancement
Released Date: May 02, 2022
What’s New
Added an enhancement to the Sourcing Chatbot (Text to Apply) where the system will match/autocorrect the candidate’s wrong code words by removing the extra spaces and dots.
If the code word is “cool jobs”, and a candidate says “cool jobs (space)” OR “cool.jobs” OR “…. Cool (Space) …. jobs. …..” then, instead of throwing an error, the system will remove the extra spaces and dots and match them with the “cool jobs”.
Example: The Code Word is “Job Apply”. If a candidate types it with “Job..apply..” or “Job..(Space) apply..” then, instead of throwing an error, the system will match it with the code word “Job Apply”.

2. Candidate Creation in Bullhorn
Released Date: May 02, 2022
What’s New
Added an object writeback for “Candidate Creation” in Bullhorn. Now candidates coming in through “Sourcing Chatbots” will be written back into your Bullhorn ATS.
Candidate record duplication is checked based on the candidate’s email address.
- If the record is a “NOT FOUND” duplicate, then a new candidate record is created automatically in Bullhorn.
- If the record is “FOUND” duplicate, then the available fields are updated for the record in Bullhorn.

Sense Messaging
1. Typing Indicator
Released Date: May 18, 2022
What’s New
Released a new “Typing Indicator” feature where you can see the “three dots” when another agent is typing the message.

2. Primary Messaging Inbox
Released Date: May 25, 2022
What’s New
Added a new “Primary Inbox” feature to help you select your primary inbox number. You can turn it ON/OFF with the help of a toggle switch.
NOTE: Accounts with multiple number holders can only use this feature to set one number as their “Primary Number”.
