Sense AI Chatbot
1. Update in Chatbot Metrics
Released Date: June 07, 2022
What’s New
Added the “Conversation Metrics” and “Other Metrics” to help you manage your “Chatbot Metrics” more efficiently.
[1] Conversation Metrics showcase the data for “Conversation Initiated, Conversation Started and Conversation Completed”.
- Conversation Initiated: A chatbot conversation is initiated when the Sense chatbot sends the first message to the candidate (default/greeting message).
- Conversations Started: A conversation is considered started when an end-user, like a candidate, sends at least one message to the chatbot.
- Conversation Completed: A conversation is considered completed when the candidate reaches the last node of the conversation.
[2] Other Metrics showcase the data for “Meetings Scheduled, People Engaged, Time Saved and Average Rating.
- Meetings Scheduled: This shows the ‘total number of meetings scheduled’ by a chatbot.
- People Engaged: This shows the ‘total number of people engaged’ across all the chatbots. A candidate is considered engaged on the chatbot when they receive the default message from a bot at least once.
- Time Saved: This shows the ‘total time saved’ by the recruiter in hours.
- Average Rating: This shows the average rating given by a candidate on a scale of 5.

2. File Upload Node in Sense AI Chatbot
Released Date: June 07, 2022
What’s New
Added a “File Upload” node feature to Sense AI Chatbot. You can use the “File Upload” node to collect the files from candidates, such as resumes and other credentials documents. You can view the uploaded files on the “Review Data” page for sourcing conversation flows and on the "Transcripts" page for outbound conversation flows.
Some Key Factors of the “File Upload” node:
- The file upload feature is available for all chatbot types - Data Enrichment, Pre-screening and Sourcing.
- Candidates can upload only one file per file upload node.
- The accepted file types are pdf, jpg, jpeg, doc, Docx and png.
- The accepted file size is 10 MB.

What’s New
Released a new “Conversation Owners” feature to help you manage your Shared Inbox Conversation with better team collaboration.
“Conversation owners” help your team members to keep a track of new incoming messages.
Here are some Benefits of the “Conversation Owners” feature:
- Ability to search and add new owners to the conversation thread.
- Ability to remove existing owners from the conversation thread.
- Ability to view conversation owner ‘avatars’.
- Ability to view the conversations owned by other team members.

2. Update in Settings
