1. Live List
Released Date: November 29, 2022
★ What’s New
Released the ‘Live List’ feature to improve your Journey experience by giving you the ability to edit lists, even while they are attached to other active Journeys.
The ‘Live List’ feature allows you to edit your audience list and rule set details, to help you reuse your audience lists even when the list is in ‘Live Status’ or ‘attached to other Active Journeys’.
Key Factors:
- You can edit your audience list at any stage, even when the list is in ‘Live’ status or ‘attached to other active Journeys.’
- Reduces the time spent creating new lists for each journey or removing lists from active journeys to update them.

2. Variable Value Updates
Released Date: November 20, 2022
★ What’s New
Added a new value, 'Relative to' in all ‘Date Variables’, to smoothen your audience creation experience.
Key Factors:
- The 'Relative to' value is only applicable for Date Variables, such as ‘dateOfBirth’, ‘dateAdded,’ ‘dateAvailable,’ ‘date_first_placement’ etc.
- The “Relative to” value only applies to the ‘is before' and ‘is after’ criteria.

Sense AI Chatbot
1. Conversation Expiry Feature
Released Date: November 08, 2022
★ What’s New
Released a ‘Conversation Expiry’ feature, which allows you to expire all of your Outbound Conversation flows at an agency level within your selected period of time.
For Example: If you wish to expire all of your outbound conversations after 5, 10, or X number of days, then this feature allows you to add the desired timeline (in days) of when your outbound conversations will expire, and candidates will not be able to continue them.
Key Points of the Conversation Expiry Feature:
- The conversation expire timeline starts when the conversation is first sent out to candidates, irrespective of whether or not the candidate started the conversation.
- This feature is applicable at an agency level, so if you configure this feature for your agency, all outbound conversations across the agency will expire (as per your added timeline).

2. Chatbot Enhancement
Released Date: November 08, 2022
★ What’s New
Added an enhancement to the Outbound SMS Flows, where the SMS message “by the way, you can continue this conversation at <link>" [allows candidates to continue conversations on the mobile web] will not be sent if the candidate has already completed the conversation.
This enhancement will help you avoid sending unnecessary SMS messages to candidates who have completed the conversation flows.

Sense Messaging
1. SMS Templates

Updated the User Interface of ‘SMS Templates’ for easier navigation and intuitive use.
What’s Covered:
- Intuitive “Keyword” search experience to help you search for your templates easily.
- New Filter functionality such as ‘Categories,’ ‘My Templates,’ or ‘Shared with Me.’
- Sorting options to sort your templates by ‘Most Recently Used' or ‘Alphabetical’ order.
- Ability to edit the template message in the compose bar.

Sense Scheduling
1. Host Reschedule / Cancellation Feature
Released Date: November 08, 2022
★ What’s New
Released a ‘Host Reschedule/Cancellation’ feature, which allows a meeting host (Recruiter) to request a reschedule or cancel the meetings booked by the candidates.
You can use a ‘Cancel’ or ‘Reschedule’ option from your email notification (received when the candidate books the meeting). Once you reschedule the meeting, the candidate will receive an email notification to schedule a new meeting.

2. Sense Scheduling - Analytics Update
