What’s New
Updated the design of our User Interface for easier navigation and intuitive use.
The new UI look-and-feel is approachable and lively to make the Sense platform easier and more fun to use.

2. Journey Categories
Released Date: April 26, 2022
What’s New
Updated the Journey section with a Modern UI and different “Journey Categories” to help you organize your journeys better.
The new Journey architecture is designed to ease your Journey experience. The new design allows you to organize your Journeys into different categories, allowing you to better search and navigate your journeys.
Here are some benefits of new Journey Categories:
- Ability to create Journey Categories
- Intuitive “Keyword” search experience
- Sorting options within categories and journeys
- Bulk actions to select multiple journeys to move them across categories or mark them as ‘Starred.’

3. User Content Subscription for SMS
Released Date: April 01, 2022
What’s New
Released a User Content Subscription feature for the “SMS” touchpoints. Now you can manage your candidate subscription for SMS touchpoints too.
The “General” category is set to the “Default SMS” category by default.
NOTE: Only the system provided “General Category” will be written back to your ATS as ATS Opt-outs.
You can create different categories for SMS touchpoints. Click <Add New Category> to create new SMS Category.

4. Update in Job Matching Touchpoints
Released Date: April 26, 2022
What’s New
Updated the “Job Matching Touchpoints” with an enhanced job matching criteria expansion.
You can now edit “City, State, Distance, Keywords, Skills and Title parameters” while setting up your job matching touchpoints.

5. Update in Analytics
Released Date: April 22, 2022
What’s New
Performed an enhancement to add a new column as “Sender” to the “Exported Delivery History File” from the analytics.
The new “Sender” column either represents the “Email Address” or a “Phone Number”.

Sense AI Chatbot
1. Zero Build Chatbot
Released Date: April 14, 2022
What’s New
Enhanced the chatbot build speed for the conversation flows. Now you can build your bots instantly, without any waiting time.

2. Update in Feedback Node
Released Date: April 26, 2022
What’s New
Added an ability to disable the default “Thank you” message at the end of the chatbot conversation by disabling the feedback node.

3. New Address Validation Node
Released Date: April 01, 2022
What’s New
Added a new “Address Validation Type” inside the “Question Node”.
Now you can create an address question with an address validation type. The respective address will be verified by google API. If there are fields added to Writeback to your ATS, then respective address fields (such as address line 1, address line 2, city, state and Zip) will be written back to your ATS.
If the address is not validated, then the system will show an appropriate exception response to re-enter the address.
