1. Candidate Creation & Field Writebacks
Released Date: October 14, 2022
What’s New
Released "Candidate Creation & Field writeback" feature for JobDiva and Avionte Bold Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This feature helps you to create or update the candidate's profiles sourced through the Sourcing Chatbot into your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and performs the field write-back on the existing candidates as well.
The “Candidate Creation” feature is designed to write-back the candidate's details, such as the Candidate's Name, Email ID, Phone Number, etc., into your ATS.
For example:
How the Candidate Creation Works:
The candidate's record duplication is checked based on the Candidate’s Email Address.
[A] New Candidate (Object Writeback)
- The system will create a new candidate record when the candidate's email address is not found in the ATS.
- When a new candidate is sourced, the system will automatically write-back this information as a New record to your ATS using Object Writeback.
[B] Duplicate Candidate (Field Writeback)
- The system will update the candidate record when a duplicate email address is found in the ATS.
- Suppose there’s a duplicate candidate found (based on the email address as the search key). In that case, the system will automatically update the oldest record of the candidate with the latest candidate information. The system will use Field Writeback to perform these updates.

1. ATS Note Writebacks
Released Date: October 11, 2022
What’s New
Enabled Note Writbacks for Sense Meetings product to help you capture the event information into your ATS.
The system will create a note writeback for the below-mentioned action types:
- Meeting Scheduled
- Meeting Reschedule Requested
- Meeting Rescheduled
- Meeting Cancelled
How the Note Writeback works
[1] Meeting Scheduled: When the candidate schedules a meeting using the scheduler tool, a note will be written back to your candidate’s profile (in your ATS) with information such as the Meeting Host, Duration, Date, and Time. Candidate records will be identified using the email address used to book the Meeting.
For example:
[2] Meeting Reschedule Requested: When the candidate clicks the “Reschedule Link” from the confirmation email (the email notification for the booked meeting), the custom note will be written back to the candidate’s profile. This writeback will contain only the title and no other meeting details.
[3] Meeting Rescheduled: When the meeting is rescheduled, or new interview details are provided, the custom note will be written back to the candidate’s profile with information such as a Previous Meeting Host, Date/Time, and New Meeting Host, Date/Time.
[4] Meeting Cancelled: When the candidate cancels the meeting, the custom note will be written back to the candidate’s profile with information on who canceled the meeting, followed by the date/time.
