Introducing Surveys and NPS Dashboards
We have introduced the Surveys and NPS Dashboards, which provide key metrics, visualizations, and actionable tables for effective response analysis for candidate and client data.
The Surveys dashboard compares survey conversion rates across multiple touchpoints, tracking metrics like surveys sent, started, and completed. It also offers drill-down capabilities for deeper insights.
Introducing Recruiter Productivity Dashboard
The Recruiter Productivity Dashboard provides insights into recruiters' performance within the company, helping administrators:
- Identify top-performing recruiters
- Pinpoint team members who may need additional support
- Optimize overall team productivity and efficiency
This dashboard empowers companies to make data-driven decisions to enhance recruitment operations.

Mandatory Hiring Stages Based on Source Type
You can now set specific hiring stages as mandatory for Internal Job Posting (IJP) candidates while keeping them optional for others.
For example, if "Interview Stage 1" is marked as mandatory for internal candidates, the system will prevent candidates sourced from the IJP portal from advancing to later stages until they complete this stage.
However, this restriction will not impact the external candidates since the stage was only mandatory for Internal candidates.

Upgraded Referrals UI for an enhanced experience
We are pleased to announce the integration of Referrals and the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) personas, including Internal Employees, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters.

Multilingual Messaging Translation
We have introduced a Multilingual Messaging Translation feature that detects a candidate’s response language and allows recruiters to set it as default. Messages are automatically translated between the recruiter’s and candidate’s preferred languages, ensuring seamless communication.
